Our BEST Singletrack MTB Ride
Ride Stats: Distance: 26km / Elevation Gain: 760m / Calorie Burn: 1300
Heading south out of Nidri we take either an on-road or off road climb to the mountain village of Alatro where we are rewarded by stunning views of the east coast. Here we join an ancient rocky footpath (monopati) that traverses the mountain, through natural tree tunnels finally down through a pine forest. This steep alpine-style descent includes some optional man-made jumps and is technical in places. Ending in the village of Haradiatika we then enjoy some local singletrack olive grove drops before stopping for refreshments and returning to Nidri. All in all a thoroughly exhilarating ride for mountain bikers.
